We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BKK BOHO. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns. You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return & Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
